Refund policy

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number. 

It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.

If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost e.g. Royal Mail small parcel to have your order resent to you.

We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in the Royal Mail network and on their way.

If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate

To start a return, you can contact us at info@conscious-skincare.com. If your return is accepted,  please package your return carefully, ensuring it is as protected as possible  and send your package to us at the address below. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible as we can only cancel an order providing it has not been yet been dispatched by us.

Damages and issues

We always aim to deliver high quality goods to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (or within 3 business days) via e-mail info@conscious-skincare.com should you receive a damaged parcel, defective goods or an incorrect order, or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns; Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for opened or used products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, it can be returned to us at the address below, provided it is unopened and unused. The fastest way to ensure you then get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too so please bear with us.
